Becoming SuperNatural in Hair Care

Self-Regulating

As a Natural Hair Braider, Beautician or Barber 💈 knowing that chemical hair bleaching agents should not be applied to growing human hair is a 🧠 No Brainer.

Today we have a political issue ⚠️ that’s a plus for you and me on our tribes, progressive natural hair care journey.

Salon infection control is a must in the natural hair care 🏭 industry.

While wrapping human 💇‍♀️🏽hair and using a moisturizer to prevent breakage.

We should be dedicated to a daily natural hair moisturizing 📅 routine in love 💕 and with care.

Worst 💉 ‘Vampire facial’: 2 infected with #HIV after New Mexico spa injections

This is the absolute worst thing that could happen in the beauty 💅 industry 🏭 during deregulation.

Why because we know proper infection control is not being addressed in the current curriculum, and it’s ONLY protection for the public required.

The same person 👤 infections these two people 👭 and they know because if the same strand of HIV 🧬 I telling y’all..#WrapItUp hair stylist when Sew-inFection Control Aids.

“Additional laboratory testing on specimens from the two clients indicates recent infection with the same HIV virus – increasing the likelihood that the two HIV infections may have resulted from a procedure at the VIP spa,” state health officials said in a statement.

My Story

Hi, I’m Denise.

I’m a third-generation hairstylist and licensed in three states.

I desired to open a beauty school that teaches hair weaving.

Not just any school but an online school to teach massive amounts of black women.

My struggle was that the cosmetology boards, requiring an application fee for my hard work.

Fortunately, the courts ruled that hair braiding was an unregulated service, including simple hair devices.

During this, journey the conflicting story about an infection control level of oversight in hair braiding began to emerge.

Not only hair braiders but cosmetologist, estheticians, and barbers core course is infectious diseases.

So from my the first-hand experience, I knew this was true about one particularly intriguing attractive hairstyle is the sew-in weave.

The suture needles are being used to install wefts of donor’s hair is seen into braided hair that is attached to the scalp.

This procedure requires infection control training for hair stylist protection.

Cosmetology and Barber Boards protect the customers.

Not us!

It’s time you protect yourself from high-risk cross transmission diseases.

This Infection Control training helps you to create the ultimate trust with a healthy and ”safe salon sharps culture.”
Lucky enough this is a one-hour life-changing training to open a Weaveologist salon today.

Challenging Natural Hair Barbers in Arkanas

So this bill is racist.

They will have to pay $50 to the Health Board. $2000 surety bond and keep it for a year after the close.

They will keep it for a year of back taxes or claims to the bond.

So if you a barber you pay $50 and get the surety bond $2000 about $120 a year.

And if you don’t pay tickets, child support or taxes as a barber in that year.

You got problems. And you cannot transfer this with reciprocal states because there are NONE!

🗣Natural Hair Care and Braiding 💉Needle-Stick Act Awareness‼️

Hi #SuperNatural’s
I’m writing the governor on behalf of the ecoHair Braider Association, LLC.
Minnesota Hair Braiding Registration Licensees as a registered Minnesota non-profit that brings awareness to the “needle” usage in the natural hair braiding salon by certifying and educating black women to become registered as a Minnesota 155A.28 Hair Braider.
The Minnesota Hair Braiding Registration Licensees would like the public to participate in supporting registered hair braiders to reduce the possible number of black women who are listed as not knowing how they contracted HIV (unknown) by the Minnesota Health Department and the AidsVu reports.
The Minnesota Hair Braiding Registration Licensees are asking that due to the requirements of ‘Sharps’ being properly disposed and preventing of cross-picking in the OSHA Needle Stick Prevention Act we are as the governor to grant a Natural Hair Braider Sew-In Weave Awareness Committee.

Thanks in advance!

Institute for Justice and The Minnesota Board of Cosmetology Deceptive Practices Against Hair Braiders

Minnesota Board of Cosmetology is Manipulating IJ.org cases by Creating Anti-Trust Issues With the Public

Minnesota Hair Braiding Registration Licensee are more POWERFUL than ever before in the current political circus of “GETTING A TABLE” vs a set at the table.

Here is a detailed timeline that I could come up with for a step-by-step of the action taken with the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology and the Institute for Justice.

I don’t know if this is information overload, but feel free to contact me for more of an explanation.

I have provides the links to the pages where you can look at the dates and find the pdf’s, memo or actions for each group.

  23. 9/24/2018 Adoption of APE and Eyelash enactment goes into effect.

In short, The Board of Cosmetology has deceptive practices on both the Institute for Justice and the public.

The permanent removal from governing hair braiders court order stated that the board was to advocate in good standing for health, safety, and sanitation for hair braider with the governor and legislation.

This was broken in the past legislative session in which the Board of Cosmetology maintained a neutral advocacy for the repeal.

https://mn.gov/boards/assets/2018-06%202018%20Legislative%20Update_tcm21-341804.pdf

Then the Board of Cosmetology after that didn’t work stole all of Institute for Justice works and adopted the eyelash and now the simple hair devices into their rules.

I think this matter needs a rehearing with the Administrative courts.
